A nine-store salon group operating in three cities, with a strong focus on colour services and quick appointments. Their clip-in hair was the easiest add-on to sell but the hardest to keep in stock: every location bought from a different local wholesaler, so shades drifted, clients came back to a different colour than last month, and two stores were permanently out of the shades they sold most.

Our Solution

We mapped all nine locations onto one colour board using standard codes, produced a clip-in set in the seven shades that covered 90% of their sales, and packed each set with a printed shade card the stylists could show to clients. The Result
